Cause:

1. The air duct is blocked.

2. Foreign objects entangled on Brush Roll in Motorized Cleaner Head.

3. The HEPA Filter is blocked or damaged.

Solutions:

1. Please check and remove any blockages in the extension wand, cleaner head, and cleaner.
