Robot cleaning time is too short [L9000 & L8000 & L8000 Pro & L8000 Plus]

1. Ensure that the robot is fully charged and verify if the robot battery electricity shown in the app is at 100%.

2. Adjust the suction power in the app to "Low" and attempt cleaning.

3. In our lab test, Low suction could clean for about 150 minutes, Middle suction for 120 minutes, and high suction for 90 minutes.

If the cleaning time is shorter than our lab test results after being fully charged, please contact support.us@tikom.cc for assistance.
